REFUND POLICY. All purchases are refundable within 10 days following the festival based upon festival attendance. In the event that you request a refund, please contact somafest@tericarter.com to receive a return verification from the festival. Once you receive verification, SOMAfest/Not Man Apart will issue a refund within 30 days. If live or online training has been attended or festival programming has finished, this refund policy becomes null and void.
